Application · Referral Only

Apply for a Mutual Interview.

The purpose of the mutual interview is to determine whether there is a strong fit on both sides. This is not a quick consult or a casual discovery call — it is the first step in evaluating readiness, alignment, and the level of commitment required for this work.

Unleash the Health Within

Mutual Interview Application

This application helps determine whether there is a strong fit on both sides for a referral-only, 13-month precision wellness planning process focused on your pressing needs and customized to your genetic strengths and weaknesses.

Personal Information

Please share the details needed to review your application and contact you if there is a strong fit.

Fit and Readiness

This process is designed for people who want to understand deeper contributors, not just collect information.

Program Expectations

Please review the structure of the program and confirm your understanding before applying.

Heather's fees are for her time to coordinate, research, customize, educate, and facilitate. Additional therapies, practitioners, supplies, devices, and treatment-related services are not included in her pricing.

Tell us where you most want support, insight, or change.

Consent and Submission

This application is for fit review only and does not create a medical or practitioner-patient relationship.

Your responses are sent securely to Heather for review. You'll hear back if there's a strong fit. You can also download a copy of your responses for your records.

  • Are highly motivated to improve the quality of their health and their future
  • Want to understand root contributors rather than only manage symptoms
  • Are open to advanced testing, education, lifestyle change, and implementation support
  • Value a personalized approach that integrates genetics, clinical data, and long-term planning

Not the Right Fit

People who…

  • Are looking for a quick fix or a one-time consultation
  • Want information without taking action
  • Prefer a passive approach to health improvement
  • Are unwilling to commit time, energy, and attention to a longer-term process
  • Are only interested in symptom management without exploring deeper contributors

The 13-Month Commitment

Space for depth, not speed.

It took years to get to where you are today, and it takes time to support the body's systems in a meaningful way. This program creates space for education, implementation, recalibration, and thoughtful progression through detoxification, restoration, structural support, and wellness planning.

Some phases may require more rest and recovery. Other phases may involve more movement, structural work, nutritional refinement, or focused implementation support.

Heather's fees cover her time to coordinate, research, customize, educate, and facilitate your precision wellness plan. Additional costs — detox protocols, retesting, photomodulation, bioresonance, biological dental work, chiropractic care, hyperbaric oxygen, sauna, molecular hydrogen, and other practitioner services — are paid directly to those providers.

You can expect one Zoom meeting per week, approximately 1 to 2 hours. During the first four weeks, Heather is also devoting substantial time to reviewing your records, testing, and history, and coordinating the right support practitioners around your needs.

In the Mutual Interview

A conversation meant to create clarity.

  • 30-minute Zoom call
  • No cost, no obligation
  • Mutual decision within 5 business days

Heather will learn more about your current health concerns, goals, mindset, readiness, and expectations. You will also have the opportunity to understand the structure of the program and whether the process feels aligned with where you are now. In some cases the answer is yes. In other cases the timing, commitment level, or fit may not be right — and that will be communicated honestly.
